The methods of label stickiness testing

　　it, most of them know how to test the self adhesive label stickiness, but actually the stickiness of it just made up three main indexes, that is initial

　　stickiness, holding power and adhesive strength, below is some discussions of it.

　　1. Situation: Most of the manufacturers often found label rakes angle when it was stick on the automatic labeling machine.

　　Reason: the problems of initial stickiness and the moment adhesive force is not strong enough.

　　Testing method: According to the testing method of GB4852 pressure sensitive adhesive tape initial stickiness, also named the bevel grounder method, using

　　Reason: holding power problem, also named terrible retentivity

　　Testing method: According to GB4851 pressure sensitive adhesive tape testing way, made the label pasted on two testing panels with 2KG standard barrels,

　　hang one of the testing panel of pasted the glue sample on the testing shelf, and another one hang 1KG weights below the panel.

　　Reason: the displacement size of the testing sample stick or peel off after using a certain time, or the testing sample completely fall off time to show

　　the ability of glue pull or off resistance.

　　Instrumentation: Holding power tester

　　3. Situation: Pasted sticker is easy to peel off, and feel the stickiness is not strong enough.

　　Reason: Peel strength is too small.

　　Testing method: According to GB2792 pressure sensitive adhesive tape 180 degree centigrade stripping strength testing method, using 2KG standard barrels

　　make the label and cleaned testing panel pasted together, and the testing sample free end folio 180 degree centigrade, then peel off bonding surface from

　　the testing panel.

　　Result: Calculate the stripping strength and records via stripping machine
